3. Review Process: Once we receive your email, we will review the photos, and the information provided. If the product is deemed damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Please note, if the damage is not reported within the 30-day period, we will not be able to provide a replacement.
